Motor Description: 4” stack, 3 turn winding, 96V three module controller rated at 600 amps. Shift stroke = 3.0” of linear rotor motion.

Motor Performance on 96 VDC:
Fully engaged motor max. speed = 1950 rpm
Extended 3.0” max. speed = 4250 rpm

Actuator stroke divided into four segments of 0.75” stroke to define five speed ranges as follows, (with calc. Max speed in that range):

• Fully engaged rotor defined as “first gear” – (1950 max.rpm)
• Shift out 0.75" (  25%) defined as “second gear” – (2525 max.rpm)
• Shift out 1.50" (  50%) defined as “third gear” – (3100 max.rpm)
• Shift out 2.25" (  75%) defined as “fourth gear” – (3675 max.rpm)
• Shift out 3.00" (100%) defined as “fifth gear” – (4250 max.rpm)
